This is a 6-week Play Like A Kid group fitness event in a local park, held on consecutive Saturday mornings. 45 minutes of play time will include: warming up (since we're not really kids any more); activities and games that are both fun and build muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance; cool down and stretch. Funds would be used to purchase small equipment (balls, jump ropes, etc.) and to advertise to the community to come join in the fun!
